Evnts by Dinaro set out to create a modern online ticketing platform that empowered event organizers to independently set up and manage their events, while giving attendees a seamless ticket purchase experience.

Beyond ticket sales, the platform also enabled organizers to handle on-site scanning and check-ins without relying on company support. Our role was to design and develop an intuitive UI/UX for both web and mobile, ensuring a smooth journey from event discovery to checkout and entry management.

The main challenge was building a frictionless single-page ticketing flow that minimized drop-offs while supporting diverse ticket types and payment options.
We also needed to design tools that gave organizers the autonomy to set up events, manage sales, and handle scanning, all while keeping the interface user-friendly and visually engaging.

Results
We mapped the entire event journey from organizer onboarding to attendee check-in prioritizing usability, scalability, and speed. Through wireframes and cross-device testing, we refined the single-page purchase flow and self-service event setup process.
The final design introduced a sleek dark-themed interface that highlighted event visuals, supported by a streamlined ticketing and scanning system. Organizers can now independently set up events, track sales, and scan tickets without company support, while attendees enjoy a frictionless, one-page flow for discovery and purchase. This balance of autonomy and simplicity positioned Evnts by Dinaro as a scalable, reliable, and user-friendly event management platform.
